Making use of the services of SyncForce SurveyWorld implies that you must complete the registration process. Registration is done by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted in the applicable registration form. Registrants may not provide a false identity for the purpose of misleading SyncForce or others. You may not use any part of SyncForce SurveyWorld that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement unless you first agree to the License Agreement terms.

A user account will be identified by combination of the users e-mail address and password. After the registration process is completed, users can make use of the functionality of SyncForce SurveyWorld by logging into SyncForce SurveyWorld. Users are entirely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account(s). Furthermore, users are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under their account(s). Users agree to notify SyncForce immediately of any unauthorized use of the users account(s) or any other breach of security. SyncForce will not be liable for any loss that a user may incur as a result of someone else using the users account(s), either with or without the users knowledge. However, users can be held liable for losses incurred by SyncForce or another party due to someone else using the users account(s). You may not use another users account(s) at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

SyncForce reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the services of SyncForce SurveyWorld are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the SyncForce SurveyWorld. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and additional terms posted on SyncForce SurveyWorld. The users continued use of the SyncForce SurveyWorld constitutes users agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

As a condition of the use of SyncForce SurveyWorld, you will not use the SyncForce SurveyWorld for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use SyncForce SurveyWorld in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any part of SyncForce SurveyWorld or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any part of SyncForce SurveyWorld. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of SyncForce SurveyWorld, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any part of SyncForce SurveyWorld, through hacking, password mining or by any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available by SyncForce or through SyncForce SurveyWorld.

Making use of the services provided by SF SurveyWorld, implies you agree with the costs which will be billed for using these services. Depending on the total number of returned surveys, a particular amount per returned survey will be billed. These numbers and the corresponding costs can be viewed on the website of SyncForce SurveyWorld; http://www.surveyworld.net

SyncForce is in no way responsible for any content provided by any authorized or unauthorized user of SyncForce SurveyWorld. Users themselves are forbidden to offer content that can be explained as discriminating, sexual, obscene, intolerant, or in any other way offending to other users or participants of a users survey. Furthermore, users may not violate in any way the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

The survey results may be multiplied and reproduced freely. Any further reproduction or redistribution of the content and or services of SyncForce SurveyWorld is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

By using SyncForce SurveyWorld the user(s) give(s) SyncForce permission to view all data of scheduled, running and archived surveys. Access to survey data is needed to solve problems, which might occur when using SyncForce SurveyWorld. SyncForce and direct partners will never use the provided data, questions and/ or participants for (internal or external) publications, or for own use.

The SyncForce SurveyWorld user can import e-mail addresses of participants, and invite these people to fill out a survey. Our privacy statement (located at http://www.surveyworld.net/) protects all information about these participants. SyncForce will never approach these participants in any way without written approval of the SyncForce SurveyWorld user. The user has full responsibility for all information, which is provided to SyncForce SurveyWorld by the user. SyncForce can never held responsible for the way it was collected, or the way it is being used. The user of SyncForce SurveyWorld is fully responsible for the way the information was collected, or the approach of the participant(s) by using the services of SyncForce SurveyWorld.

SyncForce reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend a users access to any or all part(s) of SyncForce SurveyWorld at any time, without notice. SyncForce may also terminate or suspend a users access to any or all part(s) of SyncForce SurveyWorld for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period of time, as determined by SyncForce. The amount of time that SyncForce currently considers as an "extended" period of time is one year. Upon termination of SyncForce SurveyWorld, the users right to access SyncForce SurveyWorld immediately ceases.

This agreement is governed by the Dutch laws. Use of SyncForce SurveyWorld is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation to this section You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and SyncForce as a result of this agreement or use of SyncForce SurveyWorld. You agree not to hold SyncForce, affiliates, partners and employees, responsible for any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on SyncForce SurveyWorld.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SyncForce with respect to the SyncForce SurveyWorld and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and SyncForce with respect to the SyncForce SurveyWorld.
